I ordered my meal well-done, but it was initially served raw in the center. I politely asked for it to be cooked properly, but unfortunately, the replacement dish was extremely burnt on the outside and completely dry and overcooked on the inside. I decided to let it go and continue with my meal. I was dining alone, and since I couldn't finish everything, I left the container with my leftovers on the table while I went to the restroom. Upon returning, I noticed the plates had already been cleared from the table. I asked about my food and was told, "Oh, excuse me, just a moment." When they returned from the back exit, they apologized and said, "Please don't think we took your food out of the trash." I have visited this restaurant frequently, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Sadly, after this visit, I do not plan to return. The long wait for a table simply does not make up for the poor food quality or the disappointing service. To be fair, the staff I interacted with were friendly, but friendliness alone does not make up for what happened. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, and I hope management takes this feedback into account.

Overall, Texas Roadhouse is a good place to eat. The food is tasty, and the ingredients are good quality for the price. That said, the ribs didn’t really impress me, and while the steak was good, it wasn’t anything exceptional. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, but I wouldn’t say it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had or a particularly memorable dining experience. Still, I would definitely come back. The restaurant is very well themed, clean, and the service was good throughout the visit. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a family meal if you’re looking for good food at a reasonable price with generous portions and good quality. I’d recommend it.

Our favorite steak house...absolutely love the buns and cinnamon butter... everything is delicious, and the staff is always very kind and efficient!

Always enjoy coming and tasting their fine food. Employees always on point food is delicious and happy campers all the time.

Very pleased with my experience here. The food was great and service as well. Took some time to get a table as they were pretty packed but was definitely worth the wait. Definitely visiting again next time I’m around.
